It brings you your house map and you have to pick where you want to put it then it shows you chooses of rooms there's a little room for 500 kinzcash, a median room for 700 kinzcash, a large room for 1000 kinzcash, a backyard for 100 kinzcash, and the newest one only for birds that is a treetop room which is the top of a tree (outside) for 1000 kinzcash.
